Rabanadas

Ingredients:

two small cups of milk ;


Two hundred grams of sugar;
one bread for toast, sliced ;
three eggs ;
Two tablespoons (soup) ground cinnamon ;
Oil for frying

Preparation
1- In a saucepan, bring the milk and 200g of sugar to a boil. Dip
the slices of bread in milk and place them in a colander to drain.

2- Beat eggs lightly. Pass the bread slices in


beaten egg and fry in hot oil over low heat
until golden brown. Remove with a slotted
spoon and drain on paper towels

3-Mix the cinnamon and remaining sugar


(200g). Sprinkle this mixture on the top of the
rabanadas and serve ..
