Ingredients

Milk - litre

Milk

Sugar to taste

Sugar

1 and soup spoon

of flour

Fluor

Eggs - 3

Eggs

Cinnamon -1 stick

Preparation
Separate the yolk from

the white.

Blend the flour with a bit

of cold milk.
Add this mixture to the
rest of the milk (still cold).
Beat the yolks and add
them to the milk.

Add sugar to taste and a

stick of cinnamon.
Place all the mixture
in a saucepan and warm
over a low heat, until it
becomes a smooth
mixture.

Place the cream in a bowl.

Embellish it with cinnamon

powder when cold.
