I Sri.N.Sivaji submitted that I was selected and appointed in the post of
Assistant Engineer in Public Health & Municipal Engineering Services through APPSC in the year
2013. Accordingly I have joined in service as Assistant Engineer on Dt: 09.07.2013 FN as per the
Engineer in Chief (PH), Hyderabad Proceedings noted in the reference 1 st cited. My services
are placed on Probation with effect from 15.07.2013 based on merit list vide reference 2 nd cited.
In this connection, I submit that I have passed the SSC Examination in March
1999 with Telugu as Second Language (A copy of marks memo is here with enclosed). Hence, I
request that I may please be exempted from passing TELUGU Language test at an early date.
And also passed the Accounts test for PWD Officers and Subordinate held in the month of
February -2014 with Hall Ticket No 21502146. I have rendered my services to the best
satisfaction of all my higher authorities.
In view of above, I kindly request to declare my Probation in the
cadre of Assistant Engineer as I have completed 2years 6 months service in the cadre of
Assistant Engineer, for Which I shall be ever great full to you sir.
