TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The purchase of AMAs Annual Pass entitles the owner to attend an unlimited number of AMA Classroom seminars and
3 AMA Live Online seminars for the twelve month period that begins on the start date of the first seminar the owner registers for using the pass. All seminar
attendance must occur within this twelve month time frame. If left entirely unused, the pass will expire twelve months from the purchase date.
Annual Pass purchasers may choose any AMA Classroom or Live Online seminar with a member price of $2,295 or less and nonmember price of $2,545
or less. Annual Passes are not applicable to webinars or Global Knowledge seminars offered by AMA. Payment must be received prior to attending the
first Annual Pass seminar. Fees are nonrefundable, regardless of attendance. The pass may only be used by the designated person and may not be sold,
transferred, or assigned in any manner. There are no other rights granted. Photo identification will be required when attending a seminar.
