Q31. Read the following information and solve the problem based on it.
Experiment-1: 10ml of sample A of Hydrochloric acid completely neutralises 10 ml of sample C of Sodium hydroxide.
Experiment-2: 10 ml of sample B of Hydrochloric acid completely neutralises 20 ml of sample C of Sodium hydroxide.
If 40 ml of sample A of Hydrochloric acid and 25 ml of sample B of

Q34. Following is a list of some oxides. Write the sum total of the valencies
of all the elements associated with oxygen in these oxides.

Q37. A ray of light is incident on a plane mirror and forms an angle of 67.5
degrees with the plane of the mirror. Find the angle between incident ray
and reflected ray.
Q38. A man is standing on a ground. He walks 12 m to the east, then
turns and walks 12 m to the north, then turns again and walks 7 m to the
west and stops. What is the straight line distance between his original and
final position? Express your answer in meter.
Q39. An object is placed at some distance from a plane mirror. Let D
be the distance between the object and its image. The object now begins
to move towards the mirror with constant speed of 30 cm/s. Calculate the
rate at which D changes with time. This is called relative velocity between
the object and its image. Express your answer in cm/s.
Q40. The figure below shows a beam of light from a torch shining on a
tennis ball. Imagine a shadow is cast on the screen.

Distance between Torch and Ball (TB) = 3 feet.


Distance between Ball and Screen (BS) = 5 feet.
Total distance between Torch and the Screen (TS) = 8 ft.
Consider the following cases:
1. Position of torch is fixed. TB increases to 4 ft.; while TS doesnt change
2. Position of torch is fixed. TB decreases to 1 ft.; while TS remains unchanged
3. Position of torch and ball is fixed; BS increases to 6 ft.
4. Position of torch and ball is fixed; BS decreases to 3 ft.
Choose the cases in which the shadow becomes larger. Add the distance
between the ball and the screen (BS) for all those cases. Write the sum in
