On or about 9114116, the said chiid's sibling, Eutherya Haley. was

admitted to Cardinal Glenncn Children's Hospital as she was
experiencing breathing difficulties. had a swollen and distended
stomach and she was going into cardiac failure due to malnutrition;

On or about 9114116, Eutherya Haley was examined by Dr. Linda Shaw

at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital and found to be suffering from
severe malnutrition with complications of poor growth, bone weakness,
nutrient deficiencies severe anemra. hypothryroidism, low platelets,
decreased heart function and lung fluid/consolidation;
The child's mother admitted that she:

limits the types of food the children are allowed to eat due to ihe
family's vegan lifesiyle, e.9.. fruits, vegetables, beans;
t) initialiy refused to the allow Eutherya Haley to have a PIC line which
was necessary to give the child a blood transfusion;
3) disagreed with the physician's recommendations regarding the
needed food and medication for Eutherya Haley;
4)',generally does not allow the children to have medicairons or
'Jmmunizations due to the family's all-natural lifestyle;

The mother refused to allow the hospital to feed Eutherya Haley anything
but fruit, has not agreed to follow-up care and contrary io the physician's
recommendation, insisted that the child's hypothyroidism be treated with
SCA MOSS;

g. From 9/16/'16 to 9,2A116, the mother refused to disclose the location of

the said child and refused to allow him to be medically examined at
Cardinai Glennon even though he reported his legs hurt when walking
or running and he has been observed walking wiih his iegs bent inward
which make it difficult for him to stand correctly;
9121116, the child was admitted to Cardinal Glennon Children's
Hospitai and underwent a skeletal survey, but the results are still

Ithough the mother appears to be African-American, the mother

that she is American lndian/Alaskan Native or White: that she
s completed the papenvork to change her race with the Social
Security Administration; and that she is not a citizen of the United States
as the U.S. is a corporation;
