variance fee that had not been invoiced. I guess I forgot to do this after we added it on during the review. Please
find the attached invoice that covers the fee for the minor variance for the loading berth.

Based on our conversation we looked into adding rooms on the mezzanine level. We currently do not have
enough headroom but if we raise the building a foot or so we can likely squeeze in eight more rooms. Here is a

Based on our conversation we looked into adding rooms on the mezzanine level. We currently do not have
enough headroom but if we raise the building a foot or so we can likely squeeze in eight more rooms. Here is a
