Description

Water & Waste Engineer


MWH has a solid reputation for successfully delivering engineering design and
operational solutions within a wide range of disciplines. This is your chance to join

These key Waikato roles are responsible for providing technical solutions and
advice on water & waste engineering projects to ensure that our regional local
government and private clients expectations are met.
Primarily youll be involved with carrying out investigations, surveys, design,
engineering calculations and preparation of estimates for water, wastewater, storm
water and civil engineering construction works. Typical projects would be the
design, construction and operational optimization of reservoirs, pump stations and
water & waste water treatment plants and pipelines.
Ideally you'll have a BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent and have a minimum of 4
years experience in water, wastewater and other civil engineering design work and
be working towards becoming, or be a chartered engineer.
Local authority and consultancy experience is desirable, along with knowledge and
understanding of New Zealand design standards and guidelines. Experience in
business development or client relationship management would be advantageous.

Qualifications
