Our Goal
A partnership designed to systematically
engage people living on the streets of Skid Row
and help them regain health and housing
stability.

Our Design
Four multidisciplinary teams provide
engagement to each quadrant (pictured
below) of Skid Row five days a week.

Six-member Engagement teams focus on


getting individuals into interim housing and
on the track for permanent housing.

Each Team Includes

Four Months from the


Streets to a Home

Our First Year


Americorps workers
graduated!
Many of them went on to
work for agencies such as
LAHSA, Brilliant Corners and
Lamp. Now we have a new
batch of four committed,
passionate Americorp
workers at C3, PLUS a brand
new C3 Corp of four
dedicated, peer outreach
case managers who have
joined our team. We thank
our graduate crew of 2016
and wish them all the best!
We welcome our new team
members and cant wait to
have them getting more
people housed.

was living in in a tent on

housing unit. During this time,
he was matched to an intensive
case manager at Healthcare for
the Homeless LA. In July 2016,
