AND TOTAL LANDHOLDING
We, ARNOLD C. VALLEJO, AMADO C. VALLEJO JR., ARTURO C. VALLEJO,
ARIEL C. VALLEJO and MENARDO C. VALLEJO, Filipinos, of legal ages, married, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
That we are the lawful and registered owners over those parcels of
agricultural lands, situated at Rizaluna, Cordon, Isabela, containing an area of
(14.4338) HECTARES for the first parcel and (13.7148) HECTARES for the second
parcel and which are hereunder specifically described, to wit:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-185208

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 6165 of the Cadastral
Survey of Santiago, Cadastral Case No. 21, CLRC Rec. No.
1472) situated in the Barrio of San Juan, Municipality of
Cordon, Province of Isabela. Bounded on the SE., by Lot
Nos. 2789 & 4476; on the SW., by Lot Nos. 6155; and on
the NW., by Lot 4475, containing an area of ONE
HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
AND FORTY EIGHT (137,148) square meters, more or
less.
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE
MUNICIPALITY OF SANTIAGO (now Cordon),
Province of Isabela, TRACT OF AGRICULTURAL LAND,
situated in the Barrio of San Juan, Municipality of Cordon,
Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, Philippines,
containing an area of FOURTEEN HECTARES AND FOUR
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT square
meters, more or less, bounded on the East, by Lot No.
6166; on the SE., by Lot No. 2787, 2787 and 7886; on
the NW., by Lot No. 2789; and on the West, by Lot No.
4476.
That the said parcels of land are owned to by us in co-ownership which to
date remains undivided;
That the farming and or farm works that are done thereon had been up until
the present in common;
That our landholding is not tenanted because we personally do the
agricultural works thereon with the employment of our common farm workers who

were never invested with tenancy rights in contemplation of the agrarian laws of
the Philippines;
That the above described parcels of agricultural land constitute our total
landholding and not covered by the land reform program of the government.
