Responsibilities

This position is responsible to drive Business Excellence for 2 selected Business Units,
develop and implement corporate wide initiatives to drive innovation.
Carry out research and conducting analysis of various management reports
Assist Senior Managers / Managers of the 2 BUs in analysing their capabilities to provide
workable solutions for areas of improvement, support the BUs in achieving Singapore
Quality Class Business Excellence certification.
Responsible to manage and execute activities related to maintenance of BE framework for
the 2 BUs after certification.
The incumbent will be expected to ensure that the 2 BUs BE action plans are implemented
and updated in their BU Performance Dashboard for reporting to CEOs office.
Work with BUs to develop solutions to improve productivity/service performance gaps and
refine process efficiency and effectiveness for core business processes in partnership with
the BPI Team.
Develop and implement corporate wide initiatives to drive innovation e.g. Staff Suggestion
Scheme that focuses on customer engagement and process improvement. Review relevant
feedback obtained from the annual Colleague Engagement Survey
Partner with Group Internal Audit to focus on auditing the core processes of BUs and
Divisions to ensure compliance to quality service standards.

Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent with at least 5
years of relevant experience in Business Excellence and/or Process Improvement
Proficiency and experience with Productivity & Quality Improvement, Business Excellence,
Lean Six Sigma, ISO9001, and/or other frameworks would be advantageous
Work experience that demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate good project management skills, resourceful and passionate to drive
corporate initiatives
