1) SECRET PRAYER TO OPEN CHAKRAS TO ENABLE REIKI TO FLOW:

With an attitude of gratitude, I thank God for being here. I thank Reiki for being here. I thank
myself for being here.
2) HOW TO CLOSE CHAKRAS:
Take forefinger and middle finger and from left shoulder to right thigh swipe the air three times,
saying, BLESS AND DISMISS, BLESS AND DISMISS, BLISS AND DISMISS. Cut the air.
Click fingers thrice, flick the air away.
BALANCING OF CHAKRAS:
Position One:
Left hand on Third Eye
Right hand on Root
Position Two:
Left hand on Throat
Right hand on Sacral
Position Three:
Left hand on Heart
Right hand on solar plexus
Each position must be held for three minutes
lie down and follow steps, when you get to heart and solar plexus, raise hands 16 inches away
from their body, feel if both sides seem equal, if not pull up till they are, then bring both hands
back to heart chakra.
AURA CLEANSING:
Prayer of Gratitude to open chakras. Sit cross legged. Spread your arms from the chest to as far
as they can reach, bring them back to your chest. Repeat three times. Then slowly with a cupped
e
in a clockwise fashion, seven times. Stop and feel auras and see if there is anything that seems
blocked or dense. Break it, put it into the violet fire. Seal with one last circle.
If the person is sleeping, start from the center of their body with your palm outstretched and go
down to their feet and then start encircling them with your palm in clockwise circles.
