Millennium Company is an
European international company in
Germany. It was established by
Millennium who is only sixteen years
old. We find a lot of convenient place
to locate our company. Finally, we
decide to take place in
Munich ,Germany. Firstly, our company
started to build the main office in this city
because there were medium in
population. Thus, there had properly
taxes that easy for non-professional
businesswoman to invest her business in.
Moreover, there were also medium in
education level that can affect our incomes. If education level is too
high, it can decrease our incomes. Secondly, we determine to locate
our first convenience store in Munich because its near our main office
so we can transport easily. Our Third subdivision is Millennium
Frankfurt, we decide to expand the company at that time in
Frankfurt ,Germany. Moreover, we plan to expand more subdivision in
France in the Third quarter to make more profit and to make our
business become famous in other countries . On the other hand, we
built the fourth and the fifth subdivisions in France and Munich ,which
are Millennium France store and Millennium cafe in the Quarter four.
However, we are also still thinking about expanding new company in
other country to develop our business.

Summary of Financial Profits & Losses

Millennium Store $13514 : Millennium Store was the first store that we
decided to begin our business. At first, it was unstable profits. This store
had a lot profit on some weeks. However, some weeks this store a some
big losses because there was no supply for the goods that we need to sell that
make we loss our profit on some weeks. Moreover, when we develop our store
later on ,we usually had profits because we change our supplies every weeks .
Therefore, some week that there was no supplies , we decrease our supplies for
next week that can make our store get more profits.
Millennium Frankfurt $36525 : Millennium Frankfurt was the second store that we
opened. We had began this new subdivision in Frankfurt because wealth level of
this city was quite high. Thus, our store will get a lot of profits easily. About profits
of Millennium Frankfurt, there was stable and the highest profits from four
subdivisions. We always got a lot of profits from this store. We sell cheap and high
quality products that many visitors wanted to buy. Furthermore, we always manage
our expenses to be the most efficient by decrease all of the expenses that we
thought them will not be necessary for next week.
Millennium France Store $5199 : Millennium Store was the first store that we
opened in France for expanding our business in other country. Thus, we do not
know anything about France before we started our business here. There are a little
low profits at first time. By the way, we still change properly for supplied and
demand. Up to now, this subdivision can earn a lot of profits like Frankfurt.
Millennium Cafe $18122 : It was the last subdivision that we determined to built in
the fourth quarter. Firstly, we decided to start our new subdivision because we
wanted to get more profits for our company and try to do on different business
which is a cafe tearoom. Although, we had been started our cafe since the
beginning of Quarter four. However, our cafe got high profits for all of the quarter
four because we built this cafe in city center and we change our supplies week by
week. Therefore, this cafe was become popular in this area.

In this quarter 4, Millennium Frankfurt is the most

profitable subdivision ,which got $36,525 from selling products in
Frankfurt store. Moreover, it had $162,223 in revenue. The
second subdivision is Millennium store (the first store that we
built). It got $13514 for profit and it had $87,026. The third one is
Millennium France store that had $80708 of incomes and
$5199of profits. The last one is Millennium Cafe that got $18122
for profits and $36300 of revenues.

In the final Quarter, our company had been got unstable

profits because we got bonus money for some weeks. Thus, it
cause our company had unstable profits. Moreover, some
subdivision had a problem with efficient that affect to our profits.
However, we got profits for every quarter that we can see from the
chart. Furthermore, we will improve about the weakness of our
company to be the best company ever!.
