In Spanish, there are two different verbs that both mean to be.
Each verb has a separate set of rules dictating when to use them.

A. Uses of Ser:
1. to tell

who or what the subject is subject and a noun :

C. Uses of Estar:

2. to show an

abnormal, untrue relationship between the

subject and an adjective :
