Assessment
The need for professional advancement
of TLE teachers was realized in the
implementation of K to 12 Curriculum.
TLE teachers must have a National
Competency Certificate (NC) in order to
be qualified to teach G 9-12 learners as
stipulated in the K to 12 implementing
rules and regulations especially for senior
high school. The SDO-Pasig City TLE
teachers had attended trainings in
different field of specialization however
they have not undergone the appropriate
assessment to be qualified to receive the
National Competency Certification. This
is through this reason why this program
for professional advancement was
conceptualize to help the teachers attain
certain degree of competency and solve
problems on lack of qualified teachers
specially in Senior High School.
Capability Enhancement Training of
G4&5 EPP Teachers
EPP teachers need to be updated with the
latest trends and innovations in their field
of specialization. This training will
further equip the EPP teachers to be at far
with the latest technology. Learners will
eventually benefit from the learning the
