RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1
Project MAnager- Will have the overall responsibility on the Project execution,
quality and safety. Also he will maintain the planning progress and co
works with Main Contractor .
Project Senior Mechanical Engineers/Site Mechanical Engineers- will be r
for the day to day activities on site, materials, drawings, testing &
allocation of Departmental resources to the work site.
Charge-hand- will be directly responsible for the day to day jobs on site, for ass
work to the technicians or any other workers assigned to his area.
QA/QC Department- will be overseeing the quality requirements and quality co
measures for the project in coordination with the Senior Project Mecha
Engineers as outlined in the MAPCO Quality Manual.
Safety Officer will be responsible for the Health and Safety aspects on site as p
approved MAPCO Safety Procedures.

PROCEDURE
General Requirement
8.1.1 All materials received at site shall be inspected, handled and stored

RESPONSIBILITIES

quality and safety. Also he will maintain the planning progress and coordina

Project Senior Mechanical Engineers/Site Mechanical Engineers- will be respons
for the day to day activities on site, materials, drawings, testing & commis

work to the technicians or any other workers assigned to his area.
QA/QC Department- will be overseeing the quality requirements and quality control
measures for the project in coordination with the Senior Project Mechanical
Engineers as outlined in the MAPCO Quality Manual.
Safety Officer will be responsible for the Health and Safety aspects on site as per the
approved MAPCO Safety Procedures.

PROCEDURE
8.1
General Requirement
8.1.1 All materials received at site shall be inspected, handled and stored upon r
