Responsible in the overall management of the Companys Human Resource and Admin
Department. Responsible to plan, direct, or coordinate Human Resource & Admin
activities. Formulates and implements HR & Admin policies and procedures. Primary
concerns are the welfare and well-being of employees. Implements HR functions such
as: Recruitment and Selection; Training and Development; Performance Management;
Organizational Development; Legal Compliance; Compensation and Benefits; Testing and
Employees Relation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Technical:
1. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling
questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve
work-related problems.
2. Analyze and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish
competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
3. Advice managers on organizational policy matters such as equal
employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed
changes.
4. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing,
refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary
procedures.
5. Plan new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward
organization objectives.
6. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
