Responsible in the overall management of the Companys Human Resource and Admin
Department. Responsible to plan, direct, or coordinate Human Resource & Admin

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Technical:
1. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling
questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve
work-related problems.
2. Analyze and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish
competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
3. Advice managers on organizational policy matters such as equal
employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed
changes.
4. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing,
refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary
procedures.
5. Plan new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward
organization objectives.
6. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.

7. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and


staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee
relations.
8. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor
relations activities of an organization.
9. Represents organization at personnel-related hearing and investigations.
10. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management
systems, and safety and recreation programs.
11. Ensure the security and safety in the workplace.
12. Monitor and recommend various repairs and maintenance of the company
facilities.
13. Monitor legal compliance on the company permits, and the like.
14. Spearhead corporate programs and activities.
15. Performs any other work functions as may be required/assigned by the
General Manager/Chief Executive Officer.

B. Responsible to supervise and monitor the admin personnel in the performance of their job
functions. Responsible to plan, direct, or coordinate admin Activities. Implements corporate and
departmental policies and procedures. Provides support to the General Manager/Chief Executive
Officer.

1. Supervise, monitor, and recommend various repairs and maintenance programs of
the companys facilities.
2. Supervise, monitor, and recommend implementation and improvements on the
security and safety in the workplace.
3. Supervise, monitor, and recommend the implementation for the cleanliness of the
companys facilities and the workplace.
4. Monitor legal and governmental compliance of the company
5. Provide support on various corporate programs and activities.
6. Performs any other work functions as may be required/assigned by Immediate
Superior.
