Sometimes when you meet a person, the


first thing that you have noticed is their
appearance. One of the most thing of their
appearance we often see is their smile which
automatically show us their teeth.
According to a new research, only 1 out of
10 people are doing the most effective way
to prevent tooth decay. This case giving us a
perseption if we do not have the beautiful
teeth, we can not have the beautiful smile.
I read many information from books and
sites, if you want get healthy teeth, one of
the ways is you have to brush your teeth
properly twice a day.
I will describe the benefits and maintain
brushing teeth properly.
Brushing teeth is a way to clean your teeth
with a tooth brush and tooth paste.

Brush your teeth for at least two minutes in


the morning before breakfast and at night
before you go to bed. Brush at least 1 hour
after dinner at night. Place the head of your
toothbrush against your teeth, then tilt the
bristle tips to a 45 degree angle against the
gum line. Move the brush in small circular

movements, several times, on all the


surfaces of every tooth. Brush the outer
surfaces of each tooth, upper and lower,
keeping the bristles angled against the gum
line. Use the same method on the inside
surfaces of all your teeth. Brush the
chewing surfaces of the teeth. To clean the
inside surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the
brush vertically and make several small
circular strokes with the toe (the front part)
of the brush.

Conclusion

Brushing teeth is an effort to make our teeth


clean and health. Because we have been
doing it everyday, it will always be a
necessary to do it right and properly. So, it
can prevent from oral health diseases.

patterned behavior or acts which regarded
could detrimental to oral health.
