Using ABAQUS determine the fluid pressures and velocities for the following problem. The
fluid is water. Present contour plots of the quantities of interest and line plots along two paths,
one horizontal, and the other vertical through the square block. Use laminar flow option.

Graduate students only

Using one-dimensional pipe elements in ABAQUS determine the pressures and velocities in
each element of the pipe. The fluid flowing through the pipe from the left to the right is water at
room temperature.
