1.1 The chairperson welcomed and thanked the members for their presence at the Fourth
English Panel Meeting.
1.2 Pn. Rajeswari hopes that all the activities planned out for the year 2016 were carried out
successfully for the benefit of all pupils of SK Chepor.

3.0 Notice board
3.1 The teachers elected will be responsible of the Englishs section of the notice board

3.4 The content need to be refreshed once in a month
3.5 English subject teacher for a particular class is responsible for that classs English
corner.

4.0 Preparation and reminder for year 2017
4.1 Lesson plan and record book need to be complete as per told by the headmaster.
4.2 All the teacher should know which senior assistant that will monitor our record book.
4.3 RPT will be standardise and the RPH will be printed. Both items will be included in the
record book.
4.4 The sub items of a lesson plan was discussed and decided to be written daily.
- Theme, topic, focused skills, content standard, learning standard, objective, CCTS,
educational emphasis, activities, teaching aids (optional) and impact.
4.5 Headmaster had given a feedback regarding the way to write an impact which needs to
have this information: i. Numbers
ii. Objective has been achieved / not
iii. Ways to overcome
iv. Justification
4.6 Lesson plan need to be written in a simple form if the teachers were involved in any
kind of external activity.
4.7 RPH during examination need to written depending on the situation.
4.8 Exercise books: - Level 1 3 books [E1, E2 and E3 (triple line book)]
- Level 2 4 books [ W1&W2 (2x long exercise books) E1& E2
(single line)]
4.9 TOV will be completed and pasted at the back of the record book.
4.10 There will be a scanning exam to take the TOV and ETR for year 4 only.
4.11 Pupils exercise book inspection need to be carried out according to the yearly plan
4.12 Library need to be utilized to do the Nilam and reading activity.
4.13 During the teaching and learning session, teachers need to implement 21 st century
learning which based on the 3 concept.
