Narrative

The above listed subject was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for
the above listed offense after patrol observed a vehicle traveling
on Leroy Street with unauthorized green running lights in lieu of
headlights. She was additionally charged with an unsafe start in
response to the way she reentered the roadway after receiving
the initial ticket, and for a headlight/wiper blade violation which
had also been observed on Leroy St prior to the stop.
