Cusanus's Concept of the Non-other


The article analyses the concept of the non-other as a result of Cusanus'
life-long preocuppation with the problem of linguistic and conceptual expression
of the first principle. The non-other appears as the "absolute concept", which
along with the Possest, another name for the Absolute, overcomes the logic of
understanding (ratio) and is conceived according to the logic of reason
