Summary

Ramayah et al. (2015) analyzed the competitive psychological climate and turn over intention
with the mediating role of affective commitment. This study using survey using likert scale and
also questionnaire that was posted online on a local social network website frequented by
Malaysians. The objective that has been use in this study is to examine the relationships between
competitive psychological climate, affective commitment, and turnover intention. After complete
the study, they defined that competitive psychological climate is positively related to turnover
intention and is negatively related to affective commitment.

The focus of the study is determinants of job satisfaction on how satisfied are the new generation
employees in Malaysia by Daud (2016). The methodology use in this study is using samples and
procedures on Gen Y employees working in various organizations in Klang Valley. Other
methodology use is questionnaire that using Likert-type scale by 200 questionnaire overall. This
study aims to explore the level of job satisfaction and also tries to determine the relationship
between the individual and work-related factors on the satisfaction level of these new generation
employees. The result of this finding is the relationship status and managerial ranking did not
have any significant relationship with job satisfaction.

Halim et al. (2015) focus exploring the factors of high turnover in retail industry in Negeri
Sembilan. The purpose of this paper is 1) To find possible reasons of high turnover rate in a retail
industry in Negeri Sembilan; and 2) To determine the possible way to reduce the rate. There are
method that has been used in this paper which is observation in journals, books,online resources
and others by researchers and also interviews between researchers and selected staff members of
Giant Senawang. The findings found that the position of the new hires and the salary offered to
them are not the factors affecting the high turnover rate.
