ABSTRACT

Television broadcasting services industry is one sector that has a high risk of accidents.
Attempt to control these risks can be done in terms of constructing (design tools and working
environment) behavior, supervision (with administrative procedures and work), use Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE), and the fourth combined. This study aims to determine the effect of
planning, work processes and the application of the SMK3 to the production workers at the PT.
X Jakarta. In conducting this study, researchers used quantitative research methods with cross
sectional design. The population of this research is the production workers. The number of
samples in this study was 95 samples. Data of this study is questionnaires. The result showed that
there was influence between planning (p-value = 0.000), the process of working with (p-value =
0.000) and the application of the (p-value = 0.000) against SMK3. The necessary consistency
and commitment of the management company to SMK3 program implementation, and ongoing
monitoring of the program SMK3. As well as a higher contribution from the various parties to
the well implementation of the program SMK3 in a company.
