The saplicense program is used to set up, monitor, and maintain the SAP
licenses in your SAP System.

Explanation
This will give the Hardware key of the
SAP System. With the use of
hardware key only we can download
the SAP license file from SAP service
market place

Note :
1. Till 640 release saplicense has full functionality at operating system. We can
install, uninstall license from operating system level. From 700 release
onwards SAP license key has only limited functionality at operating system
level.

2. Because from 700 release SAP uses digital licenses, that cannot be installed
anymore with saplicense. Therefore, we have to use saplikey for installing at
operating system level.
