PASS

coach

cone ball

Start the game by

feeding a ball to one of
the groups of three
you decide which. On
receiving the ball, the
group attacks the try
line opposite. The two
defenders attempt to
prevent them scoring.
As soon as the first
group is through, feed
a ball to the next group
on your other side,
who will then attack
the line opposite them.
The defenders must
readjust to meet them.

}You stand on a corner opposite another coach }Line up players in groups of three.
BRIEF: Let the defenders know that you will be examining their ability
to realign and refocus after each wave of attack.

RUNNING LINES

Once they have

crossed to the
opposite side, each
group of attackers
gives their ball to the
second coach and
reset either side of
him. When all of the
attacking groups have
crossed over, the
second coach feeds
in the balls in a similar
way and the defenders
turn to defend the
opposite direction.
