Title: Measuring a level of Users Satisfaction for Teaching and Learning Facilities Provision at the Lecture Halls Complex,
block G3; University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia.
Objective: To identify the users satisfaction for teaching and learning facilities provision at the Lecture Halls Complex.
Limitation: Respondents only can be those students/ lecturer that having classes at Lecture Halls Complex.
This questionnaire consists of three parts which are Section A, B and C. Please provide appropriate and relevant information for your
demographic information in Section A; your satisfaction on lecture hall and room in Section B, and your response from the
satisfaction in term of the availability of the facilities in Section C. This questionnaire might take you about 5-10 minutes to complete.
