2.1 Clear of site to remove top soil to an average
depth of 20cm
2.2 Excavate in ordinary soil for foundation footings
2.3 Ditto but in rock
2.4 Return fill around foundation with good, dry
excavated material from site and well ram in
layers every 20cm interval.
Installation and Casting of Foundation

3.1 Reinforced concrete in C-40, 450kg cement/m3
filled into formworks and vibrated around rod
reinforcement. Price Includes Steel reinforcement
and formworks. Refer to Technical
Specifications for more details in foundation
footings
3.2 Install a set of diam. 16mm anchor bolts (4pcs)
and metal plate (size: 35x35cm & 10mm thick)
accurately in position for Steel tower columns
complete with all necessary accessories.
Installation of the Steel Structures and the

4.1 Mounting & fabrication of steel members for
