A meeting was held on dated 31.08.16 in the chamber of SE/TS Circle, Rohtak with the
representative of M/s Shreem Electric Ltd. regarding the observations recorded for
rectification at 220KV S/Stn Bhadana Contract No. WB-40 & 41/G-11-A/XEN/WB dated
04.05.12.
The firm representative has ensured that they are in process of attending all the raised
observations. The point wise time frame for attending the observations is as belowSr. No.

dedicated to SCADA, one computer is not functional i.e. data sheet

evaluation, alarm is not working, and other function errors of scada.

Lightening in 132kV yard is not proper as well as 220kV yard. Out
of 70 No of lights only 10 nos. are in working condition

132kV Y-phase Line CVT of Bhadana-Badli ckt-1 is having

humming problem and not showing output residual voltage

T/F T-2, 100MVA, R-Phase OLTC PRV is having oil leakage

problem. Oil is rinsing out from the top side of PRV

T/F T-1, 100MVA is having oil leakage problem from main tank as
well from radiators pipe joint with main tank body. Gasket putted

between radiator pipe and transformer main tank is completely

deformed which causes the continuously leakage from transformer

Out of 10 KIOSK Panels, 6 Nos. Kiosk Panel ACs are not working.

Non-working of ACs in KISOK panels causes melting of buttons of

relays provided in protection/controlling panels

E/f & O/C relay and LPRO- DPR relay of 132kB Bhadana-Badli

Ckt-1 are burnt.

Modem are not provided till date as decided by CE/MM vide Memo
No Ch-134/WB-41/G-11/Pkg-A/Vol-I dated 03.01.2015.
