ISO/CD 50004 Guidance for the Implementation,

Maintenance and Improvement of EnMS ISO 50001
This International Standard supports the Implementation
of an Energy Management System (EnMS)

This International Standard provides guidance to users

with varying levels of Energy Management (EnMS )
experience:
Users with little or no experience of energy
management or management system standards
Users having an EnMS in place, not necessarily
based on ISO 50001.

ISO 50006
Energy Baseline and Energy Performance
Indicators (EnPIs)-- General Principles and Guidance
In order to quantify the energy performance of their facilities,
equipment, systems, and processes,
organizations should know how much and in what ways energy
is used and
the trends over time.
Two key interrelated concepts can facilitate the measurement,
estimations and assessment of energy performance in an
organization are:
Energy Performance Indicator (EnPI)
Energy Baseline (EnB)
Energy performance Indicator ( EnPI) is a value or measure that
quantifies:
energy efficiency, use and consumption in facilities, equipment,
systems and processes
as a whole or in part, which the organization wishes to measure
its energy performance.

ISO 50000 series on Energy Audit and Energy Management Systems

ISO 50015 Measurement and Verification of Organizational

Energy Performance (M&V)
The following principles of M&V should be addressed:
appropriate accuracy and management of uncertainty
transparency and reproducibility of M&V processes
data management and measurement planning
competence of the M&V practitioner
impartiality
confidentiality
use of appropriate methods
