Dear Sir,
The Tactical Foundation Training and Assessment Center, a private
technical vocational institution, located at 1351 Poblacion, Marawi
City, Lanao del Sur, hereby intent to enter into Partnership
Agreement with your office for project, Raising Half a Million
Force Multipliers, as presented in the proposal enabling 500,000
members of the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT).
Contained in the Proposal are Modelling of a standard training and
actual application in pilot areas leading to the creation of a
laddered training program for BPAT in Barangay Peacekeeping
Operations under UPTRASS Accreditation with the TVIs.
In this connection, we will ask for an appointment in your office to
present the details of this Intent, sooner at you convenience.
