That I am the complainant in the Criminal Case No. 9156 for
CONCUBINAGE filed against my husband Ronaldo Capacio and Eva Reyes;
That after I have investigated the matter and the evidence to support my
complaint, I have decided to withdraw my complaint for the reason that the
information I received against the two accused are without basis and could not
sufficiently support the charge of concubinage;
That I have no longer interested in criminally prosecuting the case against
the above-mentioned name;
This affidavit is being executed by me, of my own free will and volition for
the purpose of seeking a dismissal of any pending claim or signifying my
intention to desist from further prosecuting the said Ronaldo Capacio and Eva
