Abstract
Summary
When several people decide to join and form an organization, it must be taken into

conceptions about things, has its own superstitions and objectives, as well as the ways
in which the motivation to comply with the rules is given, All that is culture and makes
more and more the union and the sense of belonging that motivate an organization to
perform effectively, generate and maintain a good climate within the organization.
The organizational culture as its name says, is that set of actions, values and behaviors
that are infused in an organization and around which revolve the goals and behavior of
the people who have within it. An organizational culture allows better management of
staff, human relationships as the organization needs to work better, can even make the
work of employees more productive, infusing feelings for the organization that move

business values.
For the construction of organizational culture it is essential to identify the values that
corroborate the scope of the goals that are proposed in the organization and in fact, there
are factors that influence the choice of these values, one of those influential factors is
the business environment. Values are not the only manifestation of organizational
culture, this can also manifest through rituals and heroes, ie, put as a point of reference

El nuevo concepto de cultura organizacional facilita la innovacin y el aprendizaje,
