Management including employee scheduling, daily documentation of trending and tracking
sales, and journal writing of work events. Owner and operator of a retail craft store.
Promoter of local craft shows in Tennessee and North Carolina. Software skills such as
QuickBooks, Microsoft Windows® WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access, Excel.
Working knowledge of the Internet System installations and debugging; terminal
and/printer operations of hardware. Experience with the Internet and Educational software
for learning purposes.
