Provision of Emergency Stops

l
Before turning on the power switch, make sure of the locations of Emergency Stop buttons so that

you can press one of them to stop the Machine immediately, in case of emergency.
l
Emergency switches are provided at 3 places, which can be the most common working places of

the Machine operation.

l
One switch is provided on the MMI, the second switch is provided near the conveyor & punch tool

assembly and the third switch is provided at the rear side of machine. ( as shown in photo)
l
The emergency stop is for stopping all the machine movements and drive transmission. This also

stops the vacuum pump and feeder motor.

Note :

Even if emergency stop is pressed the heaters are not disconnected from the supply. For
switching off the heaters the power off push button on the main control panel has to be
pressed.
