[MS] Operation, Process Transition/Enhancement, Incident Management, SLA/ KPI/ OPI
improvement and Event Analysis.Having exposure to work with different Global customers

Assignment Details-:
Worked as SME\Acting Manager on duty for the Network Maintenance of one of the most
diverse Mobile Network (Sprint-Nextel) in the USA, in the commitment to provide 98.99 %
Network availability with focus on CDMA\LTE BSS and NSS (Core and Packet).Working on
multiple Vendors environment such as Ericsson, Samsung,Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, Cisco,
Juniper. Basic understanding of different Telecom nodes such as BSS, BTS, MSC, Switch,
Routers. Understanding on call flow for end to end communications.
Responsible for driving, tracking and fulfillment of operations OPI as per agreed WLA
with Customer for entire Sprint GNOC operation.
Responsible for attending weekly calls with customer to discuss network OPIs, areas of
improvement and challenges.
Single point of contact for customer for times when they need some information,
explanation or when they want escalate on something.
Working as Event Analyst for significant events and responsible for finding Corrective
Actions, RCA and Avoidable Downtime.
SPOC for Sprint operation process related query.
Responsible for providing plan of action in case any OPI target not achieved in any week.
Responsible for daily team brief to discuss new process, challenges and daily OPIs.
Responsible for maintaining Sprint GNOC Engineers weekly performance tracker.
Responsible for internal ticket and process audits.
Responsible for following escalation matrix in case of network outage breaching SLA.
Responsible for sending AAR (after action review) and MOM (minutes of meeting) for day
to day operation to all stake holders.
Responsible for arranging process and technical training sessions for team in order to
improve operation.
Tracking of EVDO, VOICE and DATA blockings in switches by means different
performance tools in order to maintain network availability.
To rectify Routing problems related to Call Failure & subscriber complaints, reported by
various tools
Exposure to Cisco, Juniper, 7750- ALU, Smart edge Switches and Routers first level
Troubleshooting.
Responsible for explaining ways of working (during customer visit) in Sprint operation to
new customers who want to know how Ericsson works on MS Operation.
Working as acting\backup manager on duty and responsible for smooth operation on
floor.

Assignment Details:
Diagnostic tests to include depth analysis of the hardware installed troubleshoot and
correct any hardware errors internal and external of 5ESS 2000 DCS & ECP.
Routing analysis and providing connectivity with other network elements as well as
POIs and troubleshooting of any discrepancies in dial plan.
Carrying out System Backup Routines for taking Regular ECP, OMP-FX and DCS
