To lead day-to-day operations and entire network infrastructure.

Maintenance of entire Network for all domains (RAN, MPBN, Core, Transmission, IN,

Assignment Details-:
Worked as SME\Acting Manager on duty for the Network Maintenance of one of the most
diverse Mobile Network (Sprint-Nextel) in the USA, in the commitment to provide 98.99 %
Network availability with focus on CDMA\LTE BSS and NSS (Core and Packet).Working on
multiple Vendors environment such as Ericsson, Samsung,Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, Cisco,
Juniper. Basic understanding of different Telecom nodes such as BSS, BTS, MSC, Switch,
Routers. Understanding on call flow for end to end communications.

Responsible for driving, tracking and fulfillment of operations OPI as per agreed WLA
with Customer for entire Sprint GNOC operation.

Responsible for attending weekly calls with customer to discuss network OPIs, areas of
improvement and challenges.
Single point of contact for customer for times when they need some information,
explanation or when they want escalate on something.
Working as Event Analyst for significant events and responsible for finding Corrective
Actions, RCA and Avoidable Downtime.
