Master Redpine developed a method of gymnastics to expel diseases, extend years, and prolong life. The daily exercises included:
1) Stretching up and bending down for 5 breaths to fill the abdomen with energy.
2) Stretching muscles and the backbone by reaching with alternating arms while lying on each side for 5 breaths.
3) Stretching the hips by pulling each knee toward the waist and head for 5 breaths.
4) Expanding the energy of the chest and abdomen by stretching alternating arms above raised knees for 5 breaths.
5) Expanding the energy in the center of the body in the same way.
