Project Monitoring And Construction Supervision Along With Quality
Control Of Sewerage Project In Jabalpur City Under JNNURM:
Day wise Monthly progress report of the work executed during month of Oct
2014 submitted to the client.

The Inspection report and status of road restoration has been submitted to
client.

During Month 0.84 Km sewer laid, 25 Manhole completed, Road

Restoration No work, Hydraulic Testing No work.

IMPORTANT MEETINGS AND VISIT:

A meeting held on 02th and 11th November 2014 with CE & SE (RGGVY) and
WAPCOS officials for discussion and meeting the Financial as well as Physical
Targets and the progress under RGGVY Supplementary ongoing projects. The
Superintending Engineer asked to speed up the progress and submit the BOQ

at an earliest time. During the meeting Rewa & Shahdol District progress has
been discussed. Also the Contractor of Rewa District has been directed to
carry out the compliance works at the earliest.
A time limit meeting held on every Saturday along with SE, Nodal Officers,
Contractor and Site Engineers WAPCOS Ltd. for progress and maintaining the
Quality Standards at Site. In Satna & Chhatarpur District the progress is too
slow. SE RGGVY has directed the Contractor to carry out the Quality works in
rapid speed.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES- DESIGN & SUPERVISION
FOR AUGMENTATION OF WATER SUPPLY SCHEME IN DAR ES SALAAM AND
CHALINZE.
Manufacturing of the two vertical pumps for the raw water pumping station is
in progress. The inspection of pumps was carried during November 2014 and
delivered soon.
Manufacturing of prelift pumps is in progress after the approval of drawings
on 23rd September. The inspection of pumps was carried during November
2014 and delivered soon.
PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES ON WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT
IGURUSI TRAINING INSTITUTE
Contract agreement was signed on 10th Nov 2014.
Meeting held with the client in the second week on November and data
to be collected was discussed.
Preparation of Feasibility Report and Detailed Project Report on Sewerage
and Sewage Treatment for Bhopal City
Detailed design and cost estimate of Lift stations are under Progress.
Detailed design and cost estimate of Pumping stations are under Progress.
Detailed design of 8 WWTPs are under Progress.
Detailed Project Report is under Preparation.
A Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for Majuli Cultural Landscape
Region (MCLR) in the state of Assam, India
Meeting was held with the Commissioner Upper Assam Division and other
committee members. Also pervious raised queries were clarified point wise.
Some of the observations have been carried out in revised concept report.
CDP draft final report is under process.

Consulting Services for preparation of Master Plan for Restoration and

Protection of Water bodies & Waterways in Chennai Metropolitan Area.
Meeting and site visit along with client on 29.11.14 regarding the way forward
in the project.
NIT for Topographic survey of 38 approved water bodies got approved and
advertised in newspaper on 30.11.14.
