T20 SERIES (IT TRAIN ING PROGRAM)

WHAT IS T-20 SERIES AND WHY?

McGraw-Hill Education, known for its highest standard in delivering quality content and books, now
brings a stream of training course under the T20 theme formulated by Top Freshers (Formerly VFormations).
These programs are carefully crafted with inputs and engagement from the SMEs to enhance the intellectual
capability of the participants. These programs are pedagogically designed with an unique training structure that
enhances the participants power to play around with the concepts, technology, logics and business objectives,
known as Power plays. These trainings are aimed to maximize knowledge assimilation in the participants
through combination of elements like class room sessions, case discussions, exercises, best practice panels,
experiential training and Hands-on exposure. i.e, experiential learning methodology.

2. DELIVERY MODEL
2.1 DURATION
All the programs in this series will follow and adapt a similar structure as below:
1.

Classroom Facilitation 36 + 4 Hours

* This Program is designed for engineering students

* 4 hours for TNA-Training Need Analysis & Post training assessments
* Schedule and duration of the program can be customized as per the requirements.
2.2 ANDRAGOGY (ADULT LEARNING PEDAGOGY)
The classroom facilitation will be divided into 3 parts as Power Play 1, 2 and 3. Each Power Play covers a few
set of topics delivered with the aid of a Case and few Mini Modular Codes, practically analyzed with the
st

nd

participants engagement. At the end of 1 and 2 Power Play, a mini modular project is given. The Power Play
3 engages the students with a major project that stitches the previous 2 mini projects, as well to deliver a
complete Modular Project.

Tell me, and I'll forget; Show me, and I may remember; involve me, and I'll understand
