Discussion: In our field survey among 50 respondants 32 are male & 18 are female
at all. From the chart we come to know that among 32 male respondents 15 uses
GP, 10 uses BL, 4 uses Robi, 3 uses Airtel . Among 18 female respondents 10 uses
GP, 3 uses Banglalink, 1 uses Robi and 4 uses Airtel. Based on primary data both
male & female users GP is the 1st position at all.

Discussion: From the above table, it is found that, 5 & 15 total 20 respondents of GP
are overall satisfied and consecutively 7 ,3,4 respondents of Bangalink, Robi, Airtel
are overall satisfied. On the other hand consecutively 5, 4,3,3 respondents of GP ,
Banglalink, Robi & Airtel are dissatisfy at all. Here mean value indicate that, GP is in
a very strong position than Banglalink, Robi, Airtel at all. In following chart diagram
we represented primary data regarding network quality & coverage of GP,

Discussion: From the above table, it is found that, 6 & 10 total 20 respondents of
GP are overall satisfied and consecutively 7 ,3,4 respondents of Bangalink, Robi,
Airtel are overall satisfied. On the other hand consecutively 9, 5,3,3 respondents of
GP , Banglalink, Robi & Airtel are overall dissatisfied at all. Here mean value indicate
that, GP & Banglalink are both in good position than Robi, Airtel at all. In following
chart diagram, we represented primary data regarding Special offers & value added
services of GP, Banglalik , Robi , Airtel at all.

that, Banglalink & GP are both in good position than Airtel & Robi at all. In following

department of GP, Banglalik , Robi , Airtel at all.

Findings
-Table-1 shows that, Gp users are satisfied with the network coverage and
quality, Banglalink
users are moderaly Satisfied. But Robi & Airtel users are not satisfied at
all.
-Table-2 shows that, Gp & Banglalink users are satisfied with the call rate
& service packages,
Airtel users are moderately satisfied . on the other hand Robi users are
not satisfied at all.
-Table-3 shows that, Gp users are satisfied with special offers & value added
services; Banglalink & Airtel users are moderately satisfied. On the other
hand Robi users are least satisfied at all.
-Table-4 shows that, Gp & Airtel users are satisfied with internet services &
3g connection. But
Robi & Airtel users are not satisfied at all.
-Table-5 shows that, Banglalink & GP users satisfied with the services of
customer care department. On the other hand Robi & Airtel users are not
satisfied at all.
-Additionally Banglalink, Airtel, Robi users are enjoying more free talk time &
bonus facilities than GP users.
