your controls

For each hazard, list the measures you will be taking to minimise the risk identified
e.g. appointing competent persons, training received, planning and rehearsals, use of personal protective

For each hazard,

are in place

The people who are

exposed to this is the
people who are exposed
to this is the public
themselves

The risk is that they

may not want to be
involved with this
documentary and may
take legal actions.

The measures that we will be taking is getting people consent to filmed and if they do not or
we dont have permission I will be blurring out there faces so they dont have to appear on
the documentary.

Level 1

The team/staff would be

exposed to this.

The risk that would be

involved with this is
that someone might
have a problem with
me filming their
building or the area
that they live in.
One of the staff could
hurt themselves whilst
carrying the
equipment.

To control this problem the solution would be to ask the person who oversees the area and
permission off them first. However, if its a public area I should not have any problem with
that.

Level 2

The assistant will be carrying a first aid kit just in case someone hurts themselves and we
dont have any way of getting to the hospital and everyone will be carrying a piece of
equipment and not just one person.
