4. What is the maximum number of starter packs that I can purchase?

A single customer can purchase and register a maximum of 10 SIM cards.
5. Will I get the 500MB free data every month?
You will receive the free 500MB on the 1st of every month as long as your line is active.
6. I am an existing redONE Postpaid RP8 customer. Can I change my plan to the new redONE Prepaid?
No. Change plan from a redONE Postpaid plan to redONE Prepaid is not available until further notice.
7. I used up my free 500MB data quota? Will I be charged for subsequent use?

8. What happens after I finish using the 1GB Monthly Data Top Up?
You will receive a SMS notification to inform you that you have used up your 1GB Monthly data. Your
subsequent data usage will be charged Pay-Per-Use rate at 1 sen per 200kb. You can buy the one-off Data
Top Up by dialing *108#.
9. Can I check my Data usage?
You will be able to track the expiry and accumulated usage via your phone. Just dial *108#, select 'Internet
and Settings', and choose 'Check Status'.

10. What can I do via *108#?

You can perform the following:

SIM Card Lifecycle
1. Upon first call activation of a SIM card, the status of the SIM card will be updated to an 'Active' status that
will last for a 30-days period. An 'Active' status means that the Subscriber is allowed to make outgoing and
incoming calls or SMS or access the Internet.
2. Your reload amount will give you 30 days of active-days to make calls, SMS, and access to the Internet.
3. If there is no 'reload' activities performed after the 'Active Period' and credit balances still available in the
SIM card, your line will be barred. You can only receive incoming calls and SMS. All credit balance, free
500MB data & Data Top Up balance will be suspended from usage.
4. If during the Active state but before end of the Active validity period, the Subscriber has utilized all the
available credit balance, your line will be barred. You can only receive incoming calls and SMS. All credit
balance, free 500MB data & Data Top Up balance will be suspended from usage as similarly stated above.
5. The number of Credit Grace Period given to the Subscriber to receive incoming calls and SMS is 50 days
upon expiry of Active state validity period. No outgoing transactions or data usage are allowed unless a
'reload' is performed.
6. Upon reaching 50 days Credit Grace Period, you have 10 days to reload to obtain back the same mobile
number (Caller ID) and any remaining credit balance remaining in the SIM card. Failure to reload within the
10 days will result in line termination.

Activation Bonus
1. Upon first call activation of a SIM card, a subscriber will receive free 500MB data.
2. Free 500MB data will expire on the last day of the activation month.

Free 500MB Data

1. The free 500MB data will be renewed on the 1st of every month in condition the SIM is 'Active' status. If the SIM is not in
'Active' status on the 1st of the calendar month, the free 500MB data will not be given.
2. The free 500MB data will be given 1 time per month regardless how many times the customer reloaded in a month.
3. The free 500MB data will follow the calendar month, unused data at the end of the calendar month will be forfeited.
4. The Subscriber must maintain the redONE Prepaid SIM in 'Active' status in order to utilize the free 500MB data.
5. The free 500MB data will be utilised first before the purchased Data Top Up is utilised.
6. The free 500MB data given is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person,
entity or any other Subscriber's prepaid account.
7. The free 500MB data can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia only, roaming charges shall be charged based
on the Internet roaming rates imposed by the respective redONE roaming operators.
8. Upon 100% usage of the free 500MB Data, your quota will be drawn from any active Data Top Up quota. If there are no
active Data Top Up quota available, subsequent data usage will be charged Pay-Per-Use rate at 1 sen per 200KB.
9. The list of redONEs roaming partners and/or collaborators is subject to change and is available on redONEs websites.

Unlimited redONE Prepaid to redONE Prepaid Voice Calls
1. The unlimited redONE Prepaid to redONE Prepaid calls are granted as part of normal everyday mobile voice usage for
individual consumers users. This service shall not be re-sold, rented or utilised in any other way except as an individual
making calls to other redONE Prepaid users in the course of a normal days activities and in line with average on-net call
frequency and minutes per month.
2. Customers who are found to be abusing the service, with call volumes exceeding 100 hours (6,000 minutes) a month,
may have their rights to free calls suspended, or subsequent calls beyond 100 hours will be charged to the customer at
the prevailing domestic off-net call rates.
3. red ONE reserves the right to implement and enforce this policy, and modify or amend this 100 hour threshold if average
on-net call volumes across the entire prepaid customer base increases, or decreases, over time.
4. The Subscriber must maintain their accounts to be in an "Active" status throughout the duration of the services in order
to continue enjoying the unlimited calls.
5. The unlimited calls can only be utilized domestically i.e. within Malaysia only. Calls made while roaming are subject to
roaming charges when used overseas. The Subscribers shall be charged based on the calls rates imposed by the
respective redONE roaming operators for calls usage whilst roaming with redONEs overseas roaming partners and/or
collaborators. The list of redONEs overseas roaming partners and/or collaborators is subject to change and is available
on redONEs websites.
Migration of existing redONE Postpaid Plan to redONE Prepaid Plan
1. All existing redONE Postpaid customers of any plan are not allowed to migrate to the new redONE Prepaid plan.
