From doing this project I realize that I need to


be more conscious of what I put in my mouth. I
now see that I also have some very bad eating
habits such as skipping multiple meals in a day

potato casserole, coffee

and sometimes when I do eat its not always the


best choices. I like food but its not a high
priority so when I get busy I On the days that I
have class I usually dont eat breakfast or lunch
and I really need to fix that by making more of
an effort. In the summer I eat a lot of fruit but
no so much the winter so right now I need to
make sure I eat more fruit along with veggies.
