    10.StudyMaterialandCertificatewillbeissuedbyNISMinsoftcopyformatonlyandcan be downloaded by

    11.Certificatewillbeissuedtosuccessfulcandidateswithinaperiodof15workingdays,aspernameappearing
    intheIncomeTaxPANDatabase,afterverification.
    12.Disclosing,publishing,reproducing,transmitting,storing,orfacilitatingtransmission,theftandstorageofthe
    contentsoftheQuestionbank/correspondinganswersofNISMCertificationexaminationoranyinformation
    thereininwholeorpartthereofinanyformorbyanymeans,verbalorwritten(e.g.:smugglingroughsheet
