Dearly beloved in Christ:

We, the Chapel Pastoral Council of Barangay Panipuan, would like to continue building
our chapel situated at the heart of Panipuan, Mexico, Pampanga. The construction was
temporarily discontinued due to some problems with informal settlers around the vicinity.
Fortunately, the setback has recently been resolved, and the only problem now is the lack
of resources to resume this worthy undertaking.
In line with this, we humbly ask for your kind assistance, so that we may raise enough
money to see the project through. Any amount that you can spare will go a long way in
helping us fulfill our goal, and will be greatly appreciated.
