They will have a pair group to answer the statement whether
they agree or disagree and defend their answer. Answer it in a

Abstraction
Application- DebaTeam!
The class will have a debate in the classroom. They will group
into two. The Affirm group and Negate group. Let the group write
their names on a sheet of paper.
Teacher will give the topic to be discussed. Students will given
allotted time of 15 minutes to organize their ideas.
The group will play rock, paper and scissor to determine the
affirmative and negative side of the picked topic. Each group
select representative to be the speaker of the group.
The first group to talk is the affirmative next is the negative side.
Note: Before they start, Teacher will give the rubrics for the debate
to the class.
Topic: Is death penalty appropriate? Or should it be banned?
