MultiCoater CM 100
All in one concept
The advanced design ROEBER MultiCoater CM 100 uses air cushion technology for even
better results in the treating, encrusting and pelleting of seed. A cushion of air significantly
reduces friction between seed and the stator while the inflowing air enhances the mixing
process by ensuring optimum grain movement inside the mixing chamber.
After the coating process additional air is added and the applied chemicals are dried while
also improving surface adhesion. In addition to this the optical quality is significantly improved.

Very gentle handling, the highest application quality, homogeneous

treatment and the best grain-to-grain distribution characterize the
ROEBER MultiCoater CM 100. The air application technology reduces
the Heubach-values and improves the flow properties.

This All-in-one Concept helps preserve germination capacities by

eliminating the need for additional stressful transport and process
steps. The new design allows for simpler and faster maintenance and
cleaning of the ROEBER MultiCoater CM 100. The newly integrated
PCA-System provides for fast coupling and decoupling of the PCA
(Product, Chemical and Aspiration) connections and a pivoting lid simplifies accessibility to the machine. These aspects allow for high levels
of cleanliness and the elimination of cross-contamination risks during
product changeover.
