INDALO RIGGING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES offers all type of Engineering services,
including procurement, construction, maintenance, project management ,wire rope
rigging, load handling, and lifting activities.

Administration
Even though INDALO RIGGING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES is a relatively young
company in comparison to its competitors, it has a strong foundation in its director who
are highly regarded in rigging and engineering sector. All Directors have a wealth of
knowledge regarding cranes, rigging, and lifting activities throughout a variety of
industries in South Africa.
The strong business acumen of the company ensures that INDALO RIGGING AND
ENGINEERING SERVICES is a value adding contributor to the client value chain. We
believe that our clients are the experts in their business; all we are doing is strengthening
that expertise with quality products and an industry leading service drive.

Management Structure
INDALO RIGGING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES has a management structure which ensures
administrative accountability and exceptional client service. Continual in-service training is
provided by outside specialists to all management staff. This relates to labour relations and
laws, and to changes in road freight and customs law. In addition, on the job training is
given to all our customs clerks, thereby ensuring that custom documentation is of the
highest standard, and that checks and balances are in place to prevent unnecessary delays
at border posts.
Administrative control is exceptionally important to us, and functions at the highest level
possible. This is to ensure quick and efficient invoicing of clients, which means that customs
documentation is rapidly returned to clients for tax purposes.

Performance and Delivery

Engineers performance will continually be monitored by highly qualified staff and management
system to boost performance .
Details of each task will be recorded and assessed to ensure the safety of all the employees and
the management staff.
Rigging procedures performed will be strictly monitored and and assessed to ensure accuracy ,
precision and timely performance.
One centralised operations office will constantly monitor all Rigging and Engineering operations
to ensure proper management. This office will communicate with our clients on a regular basis.
All rigging machines and trucks will be equipped with mobile phones and satellite tracking to
ensure that the central management office tracks all the operations conducted by the companies
machines are monitored.
Stock lists will be provided to major clients via head office on a daily basis, to facilitate stock
control and emergency stock loading.
