The First National Conference on Robotics and Automation (NCRA 2017) will be held at Chennai Institute
of Technology, Chennai during March 29-30, 2017, with pre-conference tutorials on March 28. The
conference is intended to provide a forum for researchers in Mechanical, Mechatronics, especially in
Robotics and Automation field to expertise in feature technical paper sessions, poster sessions and
tutorials. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Prospective authors are
encouraged to submit their original research contributions on the following typical (but not limited to) topics
of interest:

Kinematics, Dynamics, and Control
Mechanisms
Planning and Algorithms
Human-Robot Interaction and Human Centered Systems

Tutorials: One page proposals are invited for half/full-day tutorials in the broad areas of communications.
These should be forwarded to ncra2017@gmail.com.
Papers: Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full paper for review. Only original papers which
have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. The manuscript must
follow IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The maximum manuscript
length is five (5) A4 pages. Please contact through Email: ncra2017@gmail.com for paper submission and
