RE: Activity Proposal for Institutional Christmas Tree

Dear Sr. Mijares:

Christmas is the season of Joy, gift-giving, and of families united. It is an annual festival
commemorating the birth of Jesus, observed most commonly every December 25 as a religious
and cultural celebration among billions of people around the world.
In line with this, we, the Student Council would like to ask your permission to allow us to sell
Christmas Lanterns that will cost 50 pesos each. The original price is 25 pesos. The P25 markup
that we will collect will be divided into three parts. P10 will go to the Student Council, P10 is for
the Council Of Leaders and the other P5 is for the philantrophic fund. These lanterns will be put
up to our Institutional Christmas Tree which started last year. The Christmas Tree will be placed in
the field near flagpole.
The purpose of this project is to raise funds for our upcoming events and for the philantrophic
fund to benefit our scholars.

Your approval of the proposed institutional Christmas tree will be greatly appreciated.

that we will collect will be divided into three parts. P15 will go to the Student Council, P10 is for
the Council Of Leaders and the other P10 is for the philantrophic fund. These lanterns will be put
up to our Institutional Christmas Tree which started last year. The Christmas Tree will be placed in
the field near flagpole.
